What are points?

Acre Points are a fun way to reward users for depositing BTC into the Acre protocol. Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other currency.

How to participate

1. Deposit BTC: Simply deposit your BTC into Acre at stake.acre.fi.

2. Track Your Points: Once deposited, your BTC will start earning points automatically which you can monitor via the Acre dashboard.

How It Works

• Earn Acre Points: Points are calculated at regular intervals by taking a snapshot of your BTC balance. Points are added based on the amount of BTC and the duration it has been deposited.

• Bonus Points: Acre depositors will also earn points from programs that are integrated with Acre. Currently, Acre depositors also earn Mezo points, in addition to their Acre points, simply by depositing BTC into Acre.

Are there any additional features in the points program?

The initial phase of the points program focuses on simplicity and ease of deployment. Future enhancements may include features like a points leaderboard, or other mechanisms to boost your points.

Are there referrals in the program?

Currently, the initial phase of the Acre Points Program does not include a referral system. However, this could be considered for future enhancements to further incentivize community growth and engagement.
