Acre Dispatcher

The Acre Dispatcher manages the BTC distribution within the Acre Protocol. Its role is to maintain and update a weighted portfolio of BTC allocations to protocols, applications and layer 2's built atop Acre and approved by the Acre DAO.

The distribution of BTC across L2s can be subject to change by two separate parameters within the Acre Protocol:

1. veACRE allocation

2. Restaked BTC allocation

These parameters will be updated in a later season of Acre.
